My Approach to Therapy
At the heart of my work is the person-centred approach, meaning that you are the expert in your own life. Therapy with me is not about giving you a set of instructions—it’s about creating a space where you can understand yourself on a deeper level, work through challenges and feel empowered to move forward in a way that makes sense for you.

While I work from a person-centred foundation, I also integrate elements of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Gestalt therapy, and Focusing techniques, depending on what suits you best.
One of the most important aspects of therapy is the relationship between therapist and client. I believe that therapy works best when you feel comfortable, safe, and able to express yourself freely. I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely heard and accepted, no matter what you bring to our sessions.

My clients often describe me as warm, open, and down-to-earth, and I work hard to make sure therapy feels approachable rather than intimidating. Whether you're facing a major life change, struggling with self-doubt, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to listen and support you in a way that feels natural, empowering, and tailored to you.
